WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FFP2, N95 AND KN95?

There are a couple of certification standards that are more well known globally and recommended by governments and authorities around the world during Covid-19:

N95 - US Standard

FFP2 - European Standard

KN95 - Chinese Standard

Our Metro-Mask: Urban is tested and certified with KN95 that is similar to FFP2 and N95 standard.

There are very few differences between the different standards and most of them are so minor that the user won't be able to recognize a difference. In the table below you'll find a comparison between FFP2, KN95, N95.

The Metro-Mask: Urban is tested and certified for 98 % protection against particles down to the size of 0.3µm and because of this, the mask will protect you against virus-containing particles that are larger than 0.3µm.
